Los Angeles (E! Online) - After more than three months of highly public accusations, denials and finger-pointing, it's all going to boil down to a swab of DNA.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider ruled Thursday that Anna Nicole Smith must submit three-month-old daughter Dannielynn Hope for a paternity test.
"Christmas has come early, and I thank God that I will soon have the opportunity to prove that I am the father of Dannielynn and eventually hold her in my arms," Larry Birkhead said in a statement issued by his attorney's publicist.
The former paparazzo filed suit against Smith Oct. 2, shortly after her longtime lawyer, Howard K. Stern, announced via Larry King Live that he was Dannielynn's dad, saying he and the TrimSpa pusher were very much in love. Soon after, Stern was recorded as the father on the girl's Bahamian birth certificate.
"Today is a good day for Larry Birkhead and father's rights everywhere," Birkhead's attorney, Debra Opri, said. "I want to thank everyone for their support and to ask Anna Nicole Smith to do the right thing."
No details were immediately available on Schnider's reasoning or when Smith must comply with the court order.
The judge ruled last month that the L.A. court had jurisdiction to issue a ruling in the case, even though Smith claimed to be a resident of the Bahamas at the time, because she had recently worked, lived and had a sexual relationship in California.
The 38-year-old ex-Playmate and Stern returned to the U.S., minus Dannielynn, last week. Smith appeared in San Francisco's Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday for a mediation hearing regarding her on-hold inheritance from her late husband, oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II.
Not missing an opportunity to catch the couple Stateside, Birkhead had Stern served with papers outside the Bay Area courthouse, accusing the attorney of giving perjured statements in connection with Birkhead's paternity suit.
It's not known whether Smith and Stern have since returned to the Bahamas

TV host Matt Lauer and his wife Annette welcomed a son named Thijs Tuesday.
This is the third child for the "Today" show anchor, 48, and his 41-year-old wife, who also have a son, Jack, 5, and daughter, Romy, 3.
Spokesperson Megan Kopf tells People magazine, "The baby was born at 9:37 a.m. in New York City. He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces. Mom, Dad and baby are all very happy."
The baby's unusual name -- pronounced "Tice" -- is a shortened form of Matthijs, which is Dutch for Matthew.
Kopf adds, "Annette is Dutch and in following with her heritage, the baby was given a Dutch name."
♠SNOOP DOGG ARRESTED, AGAIN♠
Rapper Snoop Dogg has been arrested for the third time in three months after police found weapons and narcotics in his vehicle during a roadside stop.
The 35-year-old was detained by police near Los Angeles Tuesday after leaving the NBC studio where he'd taped a performance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno."
Police spokesman Sergeant Kevin Grandalski said a search found marijuana, cocaine, a firearm and a false compartment in his car.
The hip-hop star, real name Calvin Broadus, was booked, and bail was set at $60,000.
Last month, the rapper was arrested on suspicion of illegal drug and gun possession at the Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, Calif.
In September, California authorities discovered a collapsible baton in his bags as he boarded a New York-bound flight from John Wayne International Airport. He surrendered to police earlier this month to face charges of possessing a deadly weapon.
In May, the rapper was cautioned by British police following his April arrest for a brawl at London's Heathrow airport.

Britney Spears' first husband Jason Alexander claims the pop superstar has had cosmetic surgery on her stomach following the birth of her second child in September.
Alexander and Spears were childhood friends from Louisiana and tied the knot in Las Vegas in 2004, only to have the marriage annulled 55 hours later.
And Alexander believes that Spears is determined to get herself into shape following her recent separation from second husband Kevin Federline, with whom she has two children.
He says, "Britney has to be seen to get out there now and be seen to be looking good and so on. She's doing all that. She's been locked down for two years.
"She had a tummy tuck after the birth of her second child. She's working on all of that. She's worth hundreds of millions -- of course she looks good.

Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have become so close since the pop superstar filed for divorce from Kevin Federline, the two are now like sisters, according to Hilton's representative.
The party pair have frequently been spotted out on the town over the past several weeks, and according to Hilton's spokesman Elliott Mintz it's more than just a passing fancy.
He tells entertainment Web site TMZ.com the two are "really forming a bond" and that they're "becoming like sisters."
Mintz claims 24-year-old Spears "looks up" to 25-year-old Hilton and that she's "extremely grateful" the socialite has taken her under her wing.
Mintz says Spears' sexy new style, which consists of wearing barely there skirts and cleavage-baring tops, has been "inspired" by Hilton.
The du0 partied together at Los Angeles club Hyde on Saturday night wearing matching fishnet stockings on only their right legs. A source says, "Britney came in with a female friend. She tried on everything she bought. She's a 36C. She said to her friend, 'I could live here.'"

Eva Longoria and her on-off basketball beau Tony Parker are engaged.
The "Desperate Housewives" actress, 31, and the French-born sports star, 24 -- a point guard for the San Antonio Spurs -- met in November 2004.
Longoria's representative Liza Anderson confirms, "Eva and Tony are officially engaged. The couple have never been happier."
The pair split briefly in September, but quickly rekindled their relationship after a romantic trip to Paris.
This is the second marriage for Longoria, who was previously married to actor Tyler Christopher from 2002 until 2004. This will be Parker's first marriage.
♠RICHARDS, OFFENDED CLUB GUESTS TO MEET♠
Michael Richards will apologize in person to the four black men he targeted in a tirade of racial slurs during a recent comedy club performance.
A retired judge will mediate the meeting and determine whether he should take any other action to resolve the matter, Richards' spokesman and an attorney for the men said Friday.
A cash settlement could be part of the resolution, said Howard J. Rubenstein, who represents Richards.
"My client Michael hopes to put it behind him," Rubenstein said.
A time and place for the meeting has not been set.
Rubenstein complimented attorney Gloria Allred, who is representing the four comedy club patrons, for recommending the meeting.
Allred said Richards should meet with her clients "to hear the pain that he inflicted on them and to apologize to them."
She and the four men were scheduled to hold a press conference later Friday.
Richards, who played the wacky neighbor Kramer on "Seinfeld," has been on a campaign of contrition since videotaped footage of his Nov. 17 outburst at the Laugh Factory nightclub surfaced on the Web site TMZ.com.
He has apologized on the Rev. Jesse Jackson's nationally syndicated radio program "Keep Hope Alive" and the "Late Show with David Letterman." He also apologized to civil rights leader the Rev. Al Sharpton.
Richards has said the tirade was fueled by anger at being heckled and not bigotry.

Singer Christina Aguilera had to be carried out of a London club on Tuesday morning after a night of heavy partying.
Aguilera's former rival Britney Spears has been grabbing headlines recently with her late nights out with Paris Hilton -- and Aguilera seems to have followed suit.
The 25-year-old was photographed being carried over a friend's shoulder out of London club Kabaret's Prophecy at 5 a.m.
Aguilera and her party ran up a bill of $3,800 over the course of the evening.
A friend of the star came to her defense telling British newspaper the Daily Mirror that Aguilera didn't drink as much as onlookers might think.
The source says, "Not only is she very little, but she was quite tired because she's in the middle of her tour."

Former "Baywatch" star Pamela Anderson has filed for divorce from husband Kid Rock after less than four months of marriage.
The couple married in a lavish "celebration ceremony" aboard a yacht moored off St. Tropez, France, on July 29, but made it official when they returned to the U.S. and wed at the Beverly Hills Courthouse on Aug 3. They then wed for a third time in Nashville, Tenn.
Anderson, 39, has hired famed celebrity divorce lawyer Neal Hersch, whose clients include Kim Basinger, Halle Berry, Drew Barrymore and Denise Richards, and cites irreconcilable differences.
Anderson's representative Tracy Nguyen tells People magazine, "Pamela filed for divorce last week. It wasn't a happy Thanksgiving."
Anderson wrote on her Web site, "Yes, it's true. Unfortunately impossible."
Earlier this month, Anderson miscarried what would have been her and Rock's first child together.
She has two children -- Dylan, 8, and Brandon, 10 -- from her marriage to rocker Tommy Lee.
According to entertainment Web site TMZ.com, the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement, but because they were married for such a short time, it probably will have little impact on the divorce proceedings.
Anderson is currently in Vancouver, Canada filming "Blonde and Blonder" with Denise Richards.

Pamela Anderson's involvement in the "Borat" movie reportedly not only resulted in a foul-mouthed spat with rap/rocker Kid Rock, but it may have also ended their short-lived marriage.
The couple reportedly entered into a blazing fight after watching "Borat" at a private screening together.
Sources claim Kid Rock, real name Bob Richie, became enraged by his wife's role in the spoof film -- in which Borat, played by Sacha Baron Cohen, travels across America to get close to the blonde beauty.
A close friend of the pair tells Page Six, "(Film producer) Ron Meyer held a screening of 'Borat' at his house for a bunch of people, including Pam and Bob. It was the first time Bob had seen the movie, and, well, he didn't like it.
"Bob started screaming at Pam, saying she had humiliated herself and telling her, 'You're nothing but a whore! You're a slut! How could you do that movie?' -- in front of everyone. It was very embarrassing.
"Pam thought he could have a sense of humor about the movie. She was in on the gag from the very beginning and loved doing the movie. And on the eve of what was supposed to be a very positive thing, he made it an awful night. Ever since that night, it has been icicles between them."

Actress Nicole Kidman has rubbished media reports she is pregnant with husband Keith Urban's child.

"One minute I'm being told I'm too thin, the next I'm told I'm fat and it must be because I'm expecting a baby. It's very confusing.

Britney Spears' estranged husband Kevin Federline is looking to extend his 15 minutes of fame with a new reality TV show.
The dancer-turned-rapper, 28, is in negotiations to develop his own reality series with Kenneth Crear, the brains behind the hit show "House of Carters," which follows the exploits of pop stars Nick and Aaron Carter and their siblings as they attempt to live together.
Crear says, "Kevin came to me because he liked the way I shot the 'House of Carters' series and the way I made Nick Carter look real and trustworthy."
The producer insists the new show will not be full of Federline's attacks on his wife: "Kevin doesn't dislike or hate Britney. The show will show him for who he is but (will) not smear her."
Crear reveals he and Federline are looking to develop eight episodes that will run over three months on US TV.
Federline is not a virgin to reality TV -- he starred alongside his wife in the much-maligned home video series "Chaotic," which chronicled the couple's courtship.

American pop singer Willa Ford is engaged to her hockey player boyfriend Michael Modano.
The "Dancing With the Stars" reality TV beauty, 25, accepted Dallas Stars player Modano's proposal earlier this week.

A spokesperson from the organization says of first-placed Richie, "This pelt-wearing party girl is all animal skin and bones. She's an incredible shrinking woman with the heart to match."

♠DMX'S WEEKEND LOVER HITS BACK AT RAPE CLAIMS♠
The single mother at the center of DMX's rape charges is suing the rapper after getting bombarded with calls asking her if she took advantage of the sleeping hitmaker.
In a recent issue of the urban magazine Sister 2 Sister, DMX -- real name Earl Simmons -- insisted he was "raped" by a woman in Washington, D.C.
He refused to name her but confessed she is the same woman who successfully won a paternity battle with the rap star, claiming her baby son was the result of a weekend romance she had with DMX in 2003.
Now, Monique Wayne, who is the woman the rapper is referring to is suing him for defamation, using the same publication he accused of raping him to clear her name.
The angry cosmetologist says, "I'm mad, disappointed, embarrassed, humiliated, stressed out to capacity; sleep is not that great.
"I'm constantly getting harassed and bothered, (I'm) concerned for my son... I basically sued for my justice and my respect."
DMX may have a battle on his hands -- Wayne has a degree in criminal justice.
And Wayne insists she's not a marriage breaker -- DMX didn't reveal he was married until after he'd spent the weekend with her and bedded her: "He told me he was married after the fact."
♠WALTERS: 'DEVITO IS WELCOME BACK ON 'THE VIEW''♠
Barbara Walters insists Danny DeVito is welcome back on her breakfast show "The View," even though he appeared to be drunk during an interview yesterday.
The star was promoting his new movie "Deck the Halls" on the show, and admitted he was still tipsy after a night of partying with pal George Clooney.
Walters seemed far from impressed by the actor's behavior, but has quickly forgiven him after he apologized personally to her.
Speaking on the show this morning, Walters said, "We love him, we'll have him on again."
Walters found a message from DeVito in her office after the show. She says, "I called him back on his cell phone and he had already left on a plane, but he said he was not going to say anything until he had talked to me."
The 62-year-old star appeared on the live show slurring his words and ranting against President George W. Bush. He ended his appearance by sitting on co-host Rosie O'Donnell's lap.
O'Donnell laughed off DeVito's disheveled appearance this morning, adding, "Danny DeVito is not an alcoholic. He's just a guy who had too many drinks with his friends. He had a wonderful night out, and he was a little drunk."
♠ANNA NICOLE HINTS AT ANOTHER PREGNANCY♠
Anna Nicole Smith has hinted she may already be pregnant again less than three months after the birth of her baby Dannielynn.
Smith let the good news slip during a filmed pre-interview chat with a producer working for US news show "Entertainment Tonight" on Sunday.
Her big reveal was caught on camera and aired on the show last night.
The former model blurted out, "I think I might be pregnant again... Did that just come out?"
She added, "I'm not ready. (Boyfriend) Howard (K. Stern) wants to have another baby... He wants to have a little boy."
But when the producer attempted to get more information out of the new mother, who lost her 20-year-old son just three days after giving birth in September, she decided she'd said enough.
Smith turned serious and said, "I feel like we should change the subject."
She later insisted she was only joking about being pregnant.

The U.S. developer trying to evict Smith from the Bahamian home she claims is hers has been given permission to kick her out.
G. Ben Thompson maintains he loaned the former model cash to buy the property earlier this year, after briefly romancing her, but she has failed to pay him back.
Now, after a two month battle, Thompson has been given official permission to force Smith, her partner Stern and her newborn baby daughter out of the house.
In new documents, obtained by TMZ.com yesterday, lawyers for the developer claim Smith, who is listed as a defendant under her birth name Vickie Lynn Marshall, failed to respond to Thompson's filing by Monday as required by law.
Thompson's legal team wasted no time -- upon obtaining the default judgment in court, his lawyers sent a letter to Smith, demanding she vacate within 48 hours.
Smith won't be homeless for long -- she has bought a new dockside home in the Bahamas.
♠DUFF AND MADDEN SPLIT?♠
Hilary Duff and Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden have ended their relationship, according to reports.
Madden made a guest DJ appearance at the Chicago, Ill., club Enclave on Wednesday night and openly talked about his newly single status.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Madden told fellow clubbers Duff broke up with him about 10 days ago.
He cited their eight-year age difference as the source of the problems in their relationship. Duff is 19, while Madden is 27.
The singer didn't seem to let the split get to him -- he was seen mingling and taking pictures with ladies until the early hours of the morning.
Last month, the pair filed for a restraining order against two men, alleging they were stalking the teen singer/actress.
♠TRACY MORGAN ARRESTED FOR DRUNK DRIVING♠
Former "Saturday Night Live" star Tracy Morgan has reportedly been charged with driving while intoxicated in New York.
The 38-year-old funnyman, who currently stars on NBC's "30 Rock," was pulled over in his Cadillac Escalade by police at 4:38 am Tuesday morning after failing to "maintain a position in a lane of traffic" and driving erratically, according to reports on TMZ.com.
The arrest could spell big trouble for Morgan, who is currently on probation in Los Angeles for a DUI conviction.

Sylvester Stallone abstained from sex during the shooting of "Rocky Balboa," because he wanted to look convincing in the upcoming sequel's many boxing scenes.
The 60-year-old was determined to behave like a top athlete during shooting.
He says, "There is only so much energy in the body, and I know some athletes in the film didn't adhere to the ban, but I did because I knew it was the only way.

Sir Elton John launched a scathing attack on the Australian Prime Minister for opposing same-sex civil partnerships.
John Howard and his government blocked plans to allow same-sex marriages earlier this year, and the singer is angry with the lack of legislation to protect gay couples in Australia.
When asked to deliver a message to Howard during his current trip Down Under, the singer said, "Up yours."
The 59-year-old and his partner David Furnish became one of the first couples in England to tie the knot in a civil partnership ceremony last December.

Wesley Snipes was arrested on charges of tax fraud, allegedly making $12 million in false refund claims and failed to file tax returns from 1999 through 2004. Which is incredibly boring. This is Wesley Snipes, man. If movies have taught me anything it's that he should be going to prison for the murder of thousands of vampires. And also that we're living in something called the Matrix. You wouldn't understand, it's science.
♠Richie Arrested♠
Nicole Richie was arrested for a DUI early this morning after two drivers spotted her SUV going the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank and called 911.
When the CHP responded, Richie was stopped in the carpool lane and was alone in the vehicle. When cops approached the vehicle, Richie was on her cellphone. Law enforcement officers tell TMZ Nicole Richie admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot. A preliminary alcohol screening device revealed that Nicole was not under the influence of alcohol.
The booking sheet also reveals that Richie is spectacularly healthy at 5'1" and 85 lbs. She's so tiny the two drivers that saw her SUV probably couldn't even see her in the driver's seat. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are now husband and wife. The couple exchanged vows Saturday at the Odescalchi Castle in Lake Bracciano, Italy, their rep, Arnold Robinson, confirms to PEOPLE.
With thousands of fans, photographers and TV cameras watching from afar, Cruise and Holmes were joined by family and a slew of celeb pals, including Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, Brooke Shields and Chris Henchy, Victoria and David Beckham, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, and Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy, among others. |
Saturday's wedding started on a damp note, with scattered rain throughout the morning. Holmes and 7-month-old daughter Suri were escorted into the castle under a cluster of green umbrellas. A little over an hour later, the groom was escorted from the Hassler hotel in Rome to Lake Bracciano 18 miles away. With the sun going down, candles lit up the perimeter of the 15th-century castle as limousines carrying the guests drove through the gates.
Fans and media were kept at a safe distance from the castle: Police checkpoints prevented anyone unauthorized from getting too close, and journalists were stationed in the nearby town square.
Still, there might be one last hoop to jump through before their marriage is legal. Patrizia Riccioni, the mayor of Bracciano, Italy, told PEOPLE that the couple must be married in a civil ceremony in the town to make it official. As of Saturday evening, that hadn't happened yet. "Maybe they will have something official in the U.S.," she speculated.
Either way, Saturday's ceremony brought the couple's 19-month romance full circle: Cruise and Holmes first stepped out as a couple in Rome in April 2005, with Cruise already referring to Holmes as "amore mio" just a few weeks after their first date (sushi, a private plane ride and a motorcycle trip to the beach).
Holmes wasn't shy about her feelings either. "(I'm) totally in love. He's amazing, he's kind, he's generous. He made me laugh like I've never laughed," she gushed two months later. "I feel like he's made my life."
Life changed even more in mid-June 2005. During a late-night candlelit dinner at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, Cruise proposed with a five-carat diamond ring. "I want to marry her as soon as possible," Cruise announced. "You have to do what you feel is right," he told PEOPLE at the time. "It's (about) your own integrity and how you want to live your life."
The pair had another reason to celebrate in October, when they announced they were expecting a baby. Holmes "almost seems born for motherhood," her pal and former Dawson's Creek costar Oliver Hudson told PEOPLE. "She's a nurturer."
The pair welcomed 7-lb., 7-oz. Suri on April 18. "The moment I looked in her eyes I felt like ... Mom," Holmes told the magazine of her new bundle of joy. "She's the miracle of our life.".

Hollywood actress and new mom Rachel Weisz made a foolish comment recently that she believes it's okay for pregnant women to drink alcohol. "I mean, in Europe they drink it," she quipped. The media has come back at her now saying that her statement was dangerous and irresponsible. Medical experts agree that a pregnant woman should avoid alcohol because it can be extremely harmful to the unborn baby. That may be true, but it didn't stop Gwyneth Paltrow from famously throwing back a pint of Guiness this year while she was carrying her son Moses.

Last year, Tom Cruise publicly declared his blossoming love for actress Katie Holmes by jumping up and down on Oprah Winfrey's couch. Apparently, that episode didn't mean very much to Tom as he chose to snub Oprah by not inviting her to his wedding in Italy this weekend. As the true lady that she is, Oprah told Extra that she totally understood and was not bothered by the decision at all.
"It's not that I'm not going. It's that they had a limited number of people that they could invite," she said in the interview. That sounds like a polite way of spinning the fact that she will miss one of the hottest celebrity weddings of the year. She even went on to say that she has a great deal of regard for their publicity stunt relationship and was still shopping for the perfect gift.

People magazine is reporting that Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo and her boyfriend, record producer Chris Ivery are officially engaged. Chris, 37, popped the question at their home on Friday, Ellen's 37th birthday, with a 3.5 carat diamond sparkler. They've been dating for three years and according to Chris, "We were friends for six months; then one night she just looked different to me." She told the magazine that the two are happily living the anti-celebrity life and enjoy relaxing at home with their dogs. That's no small feat for an actress who is starring in one of the hottest dramas on television this season.

According to People magazine, Jude Law and Sienna Miller have apparently split again. But wait - this time they say it's for good. How is that any different from the other 75 times that they broke up this year?
These two clearly have issues and it's about time that they just ended this ridiculously volatile thing they call a relationship. Jude cheated on her with the nanny, Sienna cheated on him with just about every one of her co-stars from New York to London and they still keep getting back together. Why do they continue to torture themselves (and the rest of us) in this silly manner?

People magazine reports that actor Tobey Maguire, 31, and fiancee Jennifer Meyer, 29, are the proud parents of a new baby girl. The baby was born November 10 and the couple couldn't be happier. Jennifer, a much loved jewelry designer to the stars, admits that she didn't have any say in the design of the gorgeous engagement ring given to her by Tobey. Celebrity fans of her work include Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Kidman, and even Jennifer Aniston. Much like Michelle Williams and Heath Ledger, the new parents have yet to set a wedding date.

Based on his signed prenup with Britney Spears, The Post is reporting that Kevin Federline will only walk away from his divorce with approximately $300,000. That is certainly pocket change to a mega star like Britney, who is rumored to be worth over $100 million. Even if he could collect any new money that she earned during their brief marriage, it wouldn't be much. Let's just say Britney's career took a backseat for two years as she focused on being K-Fed's personal baby factory.
In the detailed 60 page prenup, prepared by Hollywood attorney Laura Wasser, Kevin isn't really entitled to much of the multi-million dollar fortune. This guy had better start thinking fast if he ever plans on making something of himself. A resume that only highlights one job is never good for business. Especially when that one and only job was "Husband of Britney Spears."
◊Cameron Diaz Wants Plastic Surgery◊
In an interview with W magazine, actress Cameron Diaz said that she desperately wants to have plastic surgery. Before you go making any judgements on the 34-year-old beauty, check out her reasoning. Cameron wants to have a nose job , but not for cosmetic reasons like singer Ashlee Simpson. Pop singer Justin Timberlake's longtime girlfriend claims she has so much trouble breathing that the surgery would be more of a necessity than a luxury.
She broke her nose for the fourth time a few years back during one of her surfing expeditions and as a result, her nose is now in very bad shape. "I'm getting it fixed. I can't take it. I cannot breathe at all. One side of my nose is totally shattered and my septum is basically like a train derailed," she told the magazine. While Cameron is already under the knife having her nose repaired, I wonder if the doctor will throw in any free 'extras' for her.

Lindsay Lohan has edged out Britney Spears in the competition for Hollywood's most reckless driver. Britney took a lot of heat earlier this year when she famously drove with her baby Sean Preston perched in her lap. A few months later, her car was photographed with Sean facing the wrong direction in his baby car seat.
Now Lindsay is hoping to follow in Britney's famous and dangerous footsteps. Early this morning around 2 a.m., Lindsay was involved in yet another car accident while driving her Mercedes Benz. The New York Daily News reports that her car was allegedly rear ended by a paparazzi photographer trying to get the money shot. Maybe, but I'm guessing this Hollywood starlet wasn't exactly paying attention to the road either. What do you expect from a girl who has only had her drivers license for like three years?
◊Paris Hilton Wants a Star on the Walk of Fame◊
Paris Hilton never struck me as the brightest star in the sky, but she has now become delusional about her so-called acting career. Paris, who is on track to be the next Tara Reid (aka washed up party girl without an education), is crazy enough to think that she might ever have a star of her own on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Unfortunately, the only 'movie' that Paris is even recognized for is that raunchy sex tape released by her ex boyfriend. If Paris actually thinks that she is in the same league as actors with stars on the boulevard such as Katherine Hepburn, Tom Cruise, and Robin Williams, she is out of her empty mind.
◊Britney Spears Files for Divorce From K-Fed◊
People magazine has confirmed that Britney Spears, 24, filed for divorce from her husband Kevin Federline today. She filed the papers on the grounds of 'irreconcilable differences', but I think that's just a nice Southern gal being polite.
What she probably meant to say was, "I'm filing on the grounds that my bum of a husband, who had already impregnated and ditched another woman when he first met me, is basically useless. He can't hold down a real job, or any job for that matter, he smokes and drinks way too much, and he has quite the wandering eye."
While all of these reasons are more than valid, I do realize that there probably wasn't a check off box next to anything even remotely close to that. The good news is that K-Fed, 28, will most likely not contest Britney's request for custody of both boys, seeing as he isn't exactly father of the year material. I wonder if her first husband, Jason Alexander, will consider taking her back?
